This Biscoff Fudge is the perfect easy dessert for your next special occasion and also makes a delicious homemade gift for friends and family. You won’t need a sugar thermometer to make this recipe, this simple melt and mix fudge is incredibly easy to prepare!
You will also need very little preparation time to make this easy fudge, regardless of whether you are making it on a stovetop, in a microwave or if using a Thermomix.
Ingredients
Please note you will find the full list of ingredients and full recipe method in the recipe card below.
You will need just four simple ingredients to make this Biscoff Fudge: White Chocolate, Biscoff Spread, Sweetened Condensed Milk and Biscoff Biscuits.
We do recommend using a good quality white chocolate for this recipe, as this will ensure the fudge has a good consistency. While I have used smooth Biscoff spread in this recipe, you can also use the crunchy version to give your fudge added texture.
How to Make Biscoff Fudge
Step 1. Break the white chocolate into pieces. Place chocolate pieces in a bowl/saucepan (depending on the method you are using) and cook until melted and ingredients have combined.
Step 2. Add the Biscoff spread and stir through until well combined.
Step 3. Working quickly, transfer the fudge mixture to a prepared baking dish which has been lined with baking paper. Gently smooth the surface of the fudge.
Step 4. Sprinkle pieces of broken Biscoff biscuits over the top of the fudge and gently push them down into the mixture. Place the fudge into the fridge for 6 – 8 hours to set.
Recipe Hints and Tips
If cooking in a microwave, place the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 8 minutes, pausing to stir every 2 minutes.
You will need one full tin of sweetened condensed milk for this recipe.
We recommend using a good quality white chocolate, if you use white chocolate melts or cooking chocolate, the consistency of the fudge will be different.
Either smooth or crunchy Biscoff spread can be used for this recipe.
For best results, allow the fudge to set overnight before slicing into pieces.
Place into an airtight container to store and consume within four days. Please note the biscuit pieces may soften after 2 -3 days in the fridge.
This recipe is not freezer friendly.
